EASY RAITA RECIPE

A cooling Indian cuisine-inspired condiment or side made of yogurt, spices, mint and cucumber. This is an easy to follow raita recipe to keep.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp cumin ground
  • 1/2 tsp chili chopped, green or red
  • 1/4 cup cucumber chopped
  • 4-5 leaves mint
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Stir or whisk the yoghurt to loosen to bring it to desired consistency.
  • Add all the ingredients according to the list and mix well until well combined.
