Easy Pico de Gallo Recipe

This is an easy pico de gallo recipe to follow for anyone. Made with chopped fresh tomato, onion, jalapeno and coriander, seasoned with salt and pepper and brightened with lemon juice. Serve immediately or leave to marinate for 30 minutes and serve as an appetizer, dip or garnish.

- 3 plum tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 white onion small, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno fresh, finely chopped
- handful coriander roughly chopped
- 1/2 lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, place all the ingredients. Toss to combine well. Taste and season well.
Serve it immediately or let it marinate for 30 minutes before serving.
