Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Avocado chocolate mousse is a delightful snack or dessert made with a handful of ingredients in minutes. A blend of avocado, ground hazelnut, chocolate powder, honey, vanilla extract and milk of choice will surely hit the sweet spot.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado ripe
  • 1 tsp ground hazelnuts nuts of choice
  • 1 tbsp chocolate powder
  • 1 tsp honey sugar or maple syryp
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
  • Scoop in serving bowls.
  • Chill in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes. Enjoy.

Notes

  1. Keep the mixing bowl and whisk attachment of the blender cold if you are in a warm environment especially when you would eat the mousse straight away.
  2. Use unsweetened cocoa powder and if you are going to use sweetened chocolate or cocoa powder adjust the honey or any sweetener so that the mousse will not be too sweet.
