Avocado and egg bowl is an easy-to-put-together, filling and delicious one-bowl dish. Steamed rice is topped with blanched vegetables, sliced avocado, soft-boiled egg and sprinkled with furikake. It is a fast and simple option for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

- 1 cup steamed rice hot, freshly steamed or reheated
- 1/2 cup blanched vegetables broccoli, carrots
- 1/2 avocado sliced, diced or cubed
- 1 soft-boiled egg sliced in half, hard-boiled, poached or fried
- furikake soy sauce, salt and pepper, chilli sauce to taste
Gather all the ingredients. Assemble them in a bowl. To the bowl, add the rice and top with the vegetables on one side, with the avocado on the other and egg in the center.
Sprinkle with furikake and serve.
